The company went to its landlord, Chicago-based (NYSE: FR) earlietr this year to ask for a new or to buy the System Source CEO Roberf Roswell said in an First Industrial agreedto sell. System Source, which runs technologyh training classes, now owns the 72,000 square feet of flex spaceat 330-33u Clubhouse Lane in the Hunt Valley businesss district. It leases about 20,000 squared feet of the space to Chesapeake Manufacturing and is lookinhg for a tenant for avacant space, Roswelol said. System Source is the building’s fourth owner sincer the company moved into the space sevehnyears ago, he Its first landlord was Columbia’s Rous Co.
